| WELCOME TO THE ACADEMY OF ARTS!!!! There is an annual registration per family. Yearly registration of $25.00 begins August of each year. Summer registration begins May 2008 and is $10.00 for summer months MAY-JULY only. This pertains to only new students. Payments are due on the 1st of each month. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Payments received after the 3rd will be charged and additional $20.00. There will be a $35.00 charge on all returned checks and NSF Auto Drafts throughout the whole year. Monthly tuition, registration must be paid in full prior to first class and any materials that are stated below per class is mandatory. No exceptions. "There are no refunds on any classes-At Home Materials or Registration!!" A Two week written notice must be given when dropping the program. No Exceptions!! Failure to do so...You will be charged for that month!!! You may not transfer money from one account/program to another within the Academy. KINDERMUSIK Refunds cannot be given on opened At Home materials. Once you depart Academy with At Home Materials. They are considered OPENED!! There will be a 50% re-stocking fee plus shipping/handling fee if you decide to cancel from the class on your un-opened At Home materials. There is no refund on Tuition or Registration. At Home Materials must be purchased through the instructor KINDERMUSIK by Nancy-Academy of Arts (Owner) (254)432-5173 with Check, Cash or Money Order in order to take the class. In Order to Create KINDERMUSIK Class Environment: Pregnant mothers whose babies are due during the course of the unit will be permitted to bring their newborn at their discretion until the end of hat particular semester. Babies must be in a car seat away from the class or in a snuggly. This way, there is no threat of injury to the baby or the baby causing a distraction for the other children & parents in the class. Please bring spouses or family/friends visiting to your assigned class to enjoy the KINDERMUSIK experience. Please be prompt. Allow enough time for going to the bathroom, getting a drink, changing a diaper, etc. If you are late please join us quietly. Non-class related discussions Please keep to a minimum to keep KINDERMUSIK classes free of distraction. Leave non-class related items outside of the classroom (i.e. Toys, food, snacks, etc.) If the floors are too cold for your child or yourself then you must have on grip socks or purchase some Ballet/Dance shoes. The grip socks must be rubber- soled, which prevents slipping. If they are not, I will ask you to remove your child's socks and go barefoot or leave class. No shoes allowed for the children or Parents. You must wear some type of Dance shoe or go barefoot! Children learn best for optimal sensory development barefoot. Please be prepared that if your child has an accident (soiled) outer clothes, that you have change of clothes for them. If you do not have a change of clothes for them, I will ask you to leave class early. Children will not be allowed to only wear a diaper during class. Please take your child outside the classroom if they become loud or do not listen or are out of control. The waiting area is excellent because now you can go in there and talk to your child and they can still hear class going on and see class going on. Please re-join the class quietly once your child calms down. This will make the class enjoyable for all attending. If you or your child is sick, please stay home. Do not wear perfume too class. This will help with changes of season and children whom have allergies. Please re-direct your child from my table and lyric chart and easel, bars for safety reasons. Once again, There are NO Refunds on Materials, registration, tuition. PRIVATE MUSIC LESSONS Bring your assigned books to all lessons or lesson will be forfeited. Reschedules are only within 24 hours of your missed appointments and are up to the teachers schedule. If the teacher has a full schedule your appointment will not be rescheduled. After your second lesson missed and no contact made you will be removed from our schedule. Please be on time and ready to practice when you come in the door. There are NO REFUNDS on tuition or registration or missed lessons. DANCE & GYMNASTICS Please have appropriate attire by Academy of Arts Dress Code. See front desk for specific uniform, shoes etc. Academy of Arts check and registration & refund policy is stated above for all programs within the Academy. No parents will be allowed in the studios during classes. We will conduct a observation week two times throughout the year for you to witness and see your child's development. No refunds on classes, registration, tuition. AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE If you miss a class and there is another class open you can make it up if approved by instructor. MOTHERS DAY OUT All payments must be made on the 1st of each month. All Late Fees and the return check policy is in effect as stated above. All students must be on time to class and picked up on time. There will be a $2.00 late fee per minute if you are late. If your child is running a fever you cannot come to school. If your child has diarrhea they will not be able to come to school. You must turn in shot records within 30 days of beginning school at the Academy of Arts. No refunds on Registration or tuition. MOMMY AND ME TUMBLING & MUSIC Please have appropriate attire by Academy of Arts Dress Code. See front desk for specific uniform, shoes etc. Academy of Arts checks and registration & refund policy is stated above for this programs within the Academy. There must be 1 parent/caregiver per child in this program. No refunds on classes, registration, tuition. BIRTHDAY PARTIES Payment must be made in full when booking your party. There are absolutely no refunds on cancellation. If party date needs to be changed we will do our best to accommodate you but are not responsible for the change if not available. No refunds of any type. |
